Edwina Dowling is dedicated to supporting individuals to achieve improved mental and physical well-being through her established Neurofeedback practice, complemented by reflexology. Her interest in Neurofeedback was sparked after reading The Body Keeps the Score by Dr. Bessel van der Kolk. Inspired by its insights, Edwina and her son—who is diagnosed with Autism and ADHD—undertook training with Sanela. They both experienced notable improvements in focus and reduced anxiety, which led to the integration of Neurofeedback into her therapeutic approach.
Edwina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and graduated with distinction in Reflexology. She also holds certifications in Understanding Autism and Counselling Skills, underscoring her holistic and evidence-informed approach to client care.
ABOUT NEUROINTEGRA
Our aim is to provide quality, effective neurofeedback training sessions for both children and adults in the Surrey area. We aim to keep our prices reasonable to ensure that as many people as possible are able to experience the benefits of neurofeedback.

Neurofeedback is becoming more and more popular in the UK, as people seek non invasive, natural ways to improve their mental health and brain health over their lifetime. Our brains have a remarkable ability to learn and make new connections; this is sometimes referred to as neuroplasticity. This ability to learn includes learning to self-regulate and control itself better. So whatever our genetic makeup, life events, developmental issues, past trauma, or addictions that we face, our brain has the capacity to improve itself. We are passionate about helping every brain to be the best it can be.
